slightlydeeperblue Entire album is absolute gold. One of my favorite concept albums, and one of the only albums that I have both the cassette and CD of. It's atmosphere is never broken, and the entire thing tells so much without any lyrics or footage. All you need to know is what it's about, and all you need to do is look at the album art. So glad I found this gem. Favorite track: memory access.

In the future, after the human race has been superceded and sublimated under a global AI super-being, an alien AI race is contacted and arrives at Earth. In order to represent a history of the planet's evolution and transition from human- to AI-dominated, a simulation of humanity's fall is rendered in collaboration between the Earth and alien AI's, but the only human musical instrument that has been preserved is a cheap early-2000's Walmart consumer-grade keyboard...
